You will receive from me 2 weeks of a complete low carb- plan with 3 meals a day plus a snack

Breakfast
 
1 fried egg cooked in ghee butter
1 small avocado 
1 piece of whole wheat toast with ghee butter
 
Start your morning off just right with a good healthy breakfast 
Lunch
 
1/2 Avocado
1/2 cup tuna
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 piece of toast
 
This is an easy lunch and can be made that morning and taken to work

Dinner
 
1 4 oz baked chicken
1/2 avocado 
1 cup lettuce 
1 red pepper
1/4 cup corn
 
Great recipe  and very tasty
Snack
 
2 kiwi fruit
 
lets face we all need that evening snack, so why not make it healthy.
